I've been busy! This weekend in addition to making the French Grain Sack Inspired Chair, I also started testing sofa designs. I love tufting and piping, so of course, this one has both. I played around with a few ideas, some not so successful. But this one, I love!
The one thing I will change for future sofas in this design, are the arms. I think it would have been more successful with a square arm. I also would like to add buttons in the tufting area. My intention was to have this one for sale, but I decided to keep this one for
Chez Marcelle, the dollhouse I am working on. I think it's going to work perfectly in the artist studio.
