Thinking about Christmas...

This year I wanted to try a few Christmas items. So far, I've made a hand paint Christmas Tree Skirt that turned out pretty nice.
Now I am moving on to "Wreaths". I want to play around with a few Christmas styles, as well as decorative wreaths for the door, kitchen or bedroom. Then…back to the chairs and wood work! I have a few ideas for making shelves, so I am looking forward to finishing up a few more chairs and pulling out my wood.

Hand Painted Canvas Rugs….

I'm am adding the final touches to a few hand painted canvas rugs. The rugs are painted with Annie Sloan Chalk Paints, then intentionally distressed. The colors are wonderful. I have them in different sizes and plan on making a few in different shapes and smaller sizes to go in front of a sink or bathtub.

This group is sized for the kitchen, under a dining table, in a bedroom or living room, as well as in a barn or outdoors setting.
