Last week I started working on a Chesterfield Sofa. I created a pattern, built the frame and happily began putting it together. Everything was going so smooth until I got to the arms. I tried this and that, and retried that and this, it just didn't work. I decided I didn't want to spend anymore effort on it, so I scratched it (
except for the frame).
After thinking about how I could solve some of the problems, I gave it another try. I had a burst of "Chesterfield" energy on Sunday. As I was working and working and working, I began to realize that "I don't like making sofas". I was curious as to how this Chesterfield would turn out, so I kept going.
After a full day, I finally finished the Miniature Dollhouse Chesterfield. I think it turned out okay, there are some things that I could improve upon.
I'm not going to say I will never make another, but…
